The operator's platform scorecard

Use this sheet during a casino and sportsbook platform evaluation. Ask each supplier to demonstrate the same requirements. A presentation is useful context; a demonstrated workflow and a written commitment are stronger evidence for a buying decision.

1. Define the project

Operating entity

Target markets

New launch or replacement

Decision owner

Required decision date

Intended launch date

Three day-one requirements

2. Score the evidence

Score 0 for unconfirmed, 1 for a verbal answer, 2 for documented scope, and 3 for a relevant demonstration plus written scope. These are suggested evaluation scores, not an industry certification. A mandatory requirement can block selection regardless of the total.

3. Test the uncomfortable scenarios

Ask what happens when things go wrong. Use a controlled test environment and record both the player view and the operational record.

4. Make the decision

Write the unresolved requirements in one list. Give each an owner, the evidence needed and a decision date. Separate additional development from the standard subscription. Confirm market suitability with the appropriate specialists before committing to a launch.
